We believe that therapy is most effective when you find the right therapist for you. We encourage you visit us and make your own decision as to whether we fit your needs. We are happy to schedule a consultation or simply book your first appointment so that we may better get to know you and your individual goals.

Pro-rated counseling fees will apply if the conversation exceeds 10 minutes in length. Helpful Details
Appointments
If you must cancel or reschedule an appointment, please notify Valerie within 24 hours. If you have missed your appointment or were unable to call within 24 hours to cancel, and the cause was not due to illness or extenuating circumstances, the full cost of the session will be charged.
Session Length
Sessions are 50 minutes in length unless longer appointments are requested. If Valerie begins the session late, the full 50 minute appointment will be given regardless of the start time.
Fee Responsibility
Full payment is required at the time of service. Fees are listed below. Upon request, the necessary documentation will be provided for you to submit a claim to your insurance company so that you may receive direct reimbursement. We accept checks, Zelle, Venmo, HSA, and in some cases, credit cards.

Confidentiality
All communication or correspondence with Valerie is confidential and information will not be be released without your written consent except in the following circumstances:

Communication with a referring physician is needed to ensure continuity of care

Records are subpoenaed by a court of law
